Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a Custom Applicator to support farmers and ranchers in our communities. You will operate spray and spreading equipment during field applications, following safety policies and promoting responsible product use.

We value readiness for overtime and encourage growth through cross-training and teamwork within a collaborative agricultural service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with agricultural chemical application is preferred.
• Ability to maneuver heavy equipment (50–100 pounds).
• CDL with tank/hazmat or ability to obtain preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Overtime, including weekends, as needed.
