Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking an energetic team member to operate spray and spreading equipment for field applications. You will perform tasks safely and in line with company policy, supporting farmers and ranchers in our communities.

The role emphasizes physical capability, valid Class A CDL (tank and hazmat endorsement preferred), and willingness to work overtime including weekends. Competitive benefits are offered, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and paid time off

Qualifications

• Custom application experience (helpful).
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• Class A CDL with tank and/or hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain (helpful).
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).
