Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a field technician to operate spray and spreading equipment for agricultural product applications in Missouri. You will work in field conditions, ensuring safe and efficient application and adherence to company policies.

Strong physical capability and availability for overtime, including weekends, are important. CDL with tank or hazmat endorsement is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Custom application experience (helpful).
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• Class A CDL with tank and/or hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain (helpful).
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Operate spray and spreading equipment efficiently and safely during the field application of agricultural products.
• All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.
