Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Montgomery, AL is seeking a field applicator to operate spray and spreading equipment for field applications of agricultural products. You will work safely and efficiently in the field, following all company policies.

This role offers growth through cross-training and competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, PTO on Day 1, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Custom application experience (helpful).
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• CDL with tank and/or hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain (helpful).
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Operate spray and spreading equipment efficiently and safely during field applications.
• All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.
