Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Missouri is seeking a field spray operator to support farmers and ranchers with safe application of agricultural products. You will operate spray and spreading equipment and follow company policies to ensure accurate, efficient field work.

We value cross-training and collaboration, offering benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, PTO from day 1, and holidays. Experience with custom applications and a CDL with tank/hazmat is helpful.

Qualifications

• Custom application experience (helpful).
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• CDL with tank and/or hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain (helpful).
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).
