Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a field operations professional to operate spray and spreading equipment for agricultural product applications. You will help ensure safe, efficient fieldwork and support growth in our agricultural services. The role requires physical fitness and reliability in a team environment.

The position offers full-time hours with overtime possible, and opportunities for growth through cross-training and learning across Agri-Service areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is helpful.
• Ability to maneuver 50-100 pounds and operate farm equipment safely.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
