Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Missouri is seeking a field technician to operate spray and spreading equipment safely during field applications of agricultural products, following company policy.

We support growth through cross-training across Agri-Service areas and offer benefits such as health plans, a 401k, PTO from day one, and paid holidays to help you thrive in a hands-on farming community.

Qualifications

• Strong physical ability to maneuver equipment (50-100 pounds).
• Overtime availability, including weekends as needed.
