Job summary

MFA Incorporated is hiring for a field applicator to operate spray and spreading equipment in agricultural applications. You will perform duties safely and efficiently following company policy while supporting farmer partners.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the ability to handle 50–100 pounds of equipment as needed. Overtime, including weekends, may be required to meet field schedules and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with custom agricultural chemical application is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment handling 50–100 pounds.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Class A CDL with tank/hazmat endorsement.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Overtime availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray and spreading equipment efficiently and safely during field applications.
• Follow company policy and safety procedures in all tasks.
