Job summary

Born Primitive is looking for a Custom Apparel & Retail/Wholesale Sales Coordinator to support both Custom Apparel and Retail/Wholesale operations. This full‑time in‑office role requires strong organization, data-entry precision, and collaboration across Sales, Operations, Product, Inventory, and Finance teams.

You will handle order management, data entry, customer service, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure timely fulfillment and accuracy of wholesale and retail orders.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate retail and wholesale customer, product, pricing, inventory, and order information across multiple systems.
• Process and maintain wholesale purchase orders, sales orders, customer records, and related documentation.
• Review incoming orders and data for completeness and accuracy, including pricing, SKU, quantity, and delivery information.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicate records, missing information, and system inconsistencies.
• Maintain accurate information across ERP, wholesale, e-commerce, and related systems.
