Job summary

Ceffu is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our Custody team. As a Custody Operations Manager, you will oversee operational processes for the Ceffu Trust Company, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate new digital assets for the regulated custodial service and support the operations functions for Ceffu’s global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Security, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or financial services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with technical documents and blockchain protocols.
• Adaptable in a fast-moving environment with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing inquiries, requests, onboarding, and periodic reviews in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Communicate with clients and address inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and guidance on company products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support system delivery and development of future models for new activities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence reviews of clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow up on issues, and provide feedback on system malfunctions and upgrades.
• Identify and optimize areas for operational improvement, implementing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare responses to institutional clients, external auditors, regulators, and enforcement agencies.
• Evaluate crypto assets for in-depth security and resiliency analysis reporting
• Use market data analysis to identify risk vectors for various crypto assets
• Help prepare concise reporting for executive consumption and decision-making
• Assist in documenting functional and operational requirements for product features
