Qualifications

• Two or more years of related operations, banking, finance, accounting, reconciliation, or customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of custody operations, wealth management products, operational systems, procedures, and services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review financial statements for institutional custody clients.
• Support client statement activity and cash movements related to trade settlements.
• Process capital calls and ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of client transactions.
• Assist with transaction processing, reconciliations, and cash management as needed.
