The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in banking or financial operations, strong analytical abilities, and good Excel skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related operations, banking, finance, accounting, reconciliation, or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review financial statements and support client statement activity.
• Manage cash movements related to trade settlements and process capital calls.
• Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of client transactions.
