Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a professional to support the Complex Assets team in institutional custody and wealth management operations. The role involves reviewing financial statements, supporting client statements, and handling cash movements related to trade settlements and capital calls.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in banking or financial operations, strong analytical abilities, and good Excel skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Complex Assets team supports institutional custody clients and alternative asset holdings. Responsibilities include obtaining and reviewing financial statements, supporting client statement activity, managing cash movements related to trade settlements, processing capital calls, and ensuring accurate posting and reconciliation of client transactions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Two or more years of related operations, banking, finance, accounting, reconciliation, or customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, custody operations, wealth management products, operational systems, procedures, and services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles affecting Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with transaction processing, reconciliations, cash management, wire processing, or financial operations is preferred.

Pay Range: $60,435.00 - $71,100.00
