Job summary

The Boise Independent School District is seeking a custodial supervisor in a full-time role. Selected applicants will be contacted for interviews, and employment is at will with fingerprint/background checks required.

New-to-district classified employees may receive credit for up to two years’ movement on the Classified Salary Schedule based on prior experience. District offers a substantial benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and PERSI for eligible employees

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred and supervisory experience also preferred.
• Knowledge of practices, tools, equipment and material used in custodial work, and safety practices.
• Ability to perform minor maintenance work.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment used in custodial work.
• Ability to perform manual labor.
• Ability to observe and determine the need for service and supplies.
• Ability to follow and give oral and written instructions.
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with district personnel, students and the public.
