Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be team players with previous cleaning / custodial experience preferred and experience with cleaning commercial buildings and/or industrial environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily assignments, training and supervision of custodial staff.
• Maintains training and attendance records / Work Force on department personnel.
• Ensures custodial staff follow proper procedures and meet quality expectations through periodic observation and inspection of work performed.
• Vacuuming carpeted floors and floor mats using an industrial vacuum.
• Sweeping, mopping and dusting all areas of the building.
• Stocking breakroom with supplies and cleaning inside refrigerators.
• Cleaning windows inside of the facility and offices.
• Cleaning and dusting the lobby area and restrooms.
• Removing refuse from grounds and disposing of trash.
