Job summary

Anoka-Hennepin School District is seeking a Custodian Lead for the Day shift. This full-time, 12-month role will cover 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, first shift, with an ASAP start.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, Minnesota 2nd Class Boiler License, and experience with pneumatic controls, heating, electrical and mechanical systems. Lifting 70 pounds and reliable attendance are essential.

Duties:

The duties of this position are to assist the Building Supervisor in directing work of custodians; assist with housekeeping and maintenance of the school building; other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Must have State of Minnesota 2nd Class Boiler License. Training or experience in pneumatic controls and heating applications, electrical and mechanical fields. Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds. Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day. Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions.

Rate of Pay:

$21.80/hour to $23.00/hour based on step and license/position, plus benefits.
