Job summary

Uline is hiring Warehouse Custodians for its new Plainfield facility. Monday–Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with a pay range of $20–$25 per hour. New hires receive a $5,000 bonus.

The role focuses on cleanliness, organization, and smooth daily operations. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, and prior custodial experience. Able to lift 50–70 lbs and operate cleaning equipment is preferred.

Hours

Monday - Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of our warehouse including sweeping, mopping and dusting.
• Process trash removal and box scraps with a compactor.
• Operate floor scrubber (electric or propane) and other equipment.
• Assist special projects, performing general labor to support warehouse operations as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous custodial / cleaning experience preferred.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs.
