Job summary

Uline is opening a new Connecticut warehouse in Plainfield. We are seeking a Facilities Specialist to help keep the NEW building in pristine condition and ensure world-class facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large-scale HVAC or carpentry.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
• Maintain electrical lighting, large-scale HVAC and generator systems.
• Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
• Inspect and test fire protection systems.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
• Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
