Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related custodial experience in institutional, industrial, or commercial settings.
• Completion of facilities-related training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide custodial care for university facilities.
• Clean rooms and set up spaces per routines.
• Clean floors: sweep, mop, scrub, restore, and wax as needed.
• Remove trash and clean surfaces in labs, offices, classrooms, and public areas.
• Restock restrooms and set up chairs and tables for events.
• Handle emergency clean-ups and report issues.
• Lift up to 30-50 lbs and operate floor equipment safely.
