Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping and specialized cleaning operations.
• Strip and refinish floors.
• Empty trash, dust, wipe surfaces, and disinfect restrooms.
• Operate and maintain power cleaning equipment.
• Keep closets and tools organized and clean.
• Follow prescribed safety procedures and use chemicals correctly.
• Respond to service requests from occupants and the department system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
