Elgin Community College is seeking a Custodian to perform general custodial duties across campus. The role involves routine cleaning tasks, equipment operation, and assisting with events and renovations. The position is non-exempt with a standard schedule.
The successful candidate will have at least one year of custodial experience, good reading skills for safety rules and manuals, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including some evenings or weekends as needed.

This position is a grade 7 with a minimum of $15.90. Hourly rate offer will be commensurate with the education/experience, in alignment with the College’s compensation philosophy, and the current CBA, if applicable.
