• Ability to climb stairs while carrying equipment and supplies.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in heat, cold, snow, and rain.

Responsibilities

• Clean church, parish office, community spaces, and school buildings.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and wax floors; replenish restroom supplies.
• Wash walls and windows; remove dust and debris as needed.
• Select equipment and materials for cleaning; replenish supplies as needed.
• Remove trash from buildings and grounds.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., replace filters and bulbs).

Job description

St. Mary's Parish and Schools, located in Annapolis, MD

seek candidates for a Custodian for Parish and Schools. The Custodian will be part of our Facilities team that is responsible for cleaning both the schools and the churches. Candidate will need to possess a driver's license and have a vehicle for transportation to our other campuses. This position reports directly to the Facilities Manager and works collaboratively with other facilities staff. Must have availability to respond to on-call emergencies. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00, Hourly
