Position(s):

1. Custodian - 2nd Shift Monday through Friday - 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
2. Custodian - 3rd Shift Monday through Friday - 10:30 pm - 7:00 am

Qualifications

• Ability to perform the essential job functions

Essential Job Functions

• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, wet-mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying trash (up to 55 lbs.), disinfecting fixtures.
• Clean restrooms, including floors and fixtures, ensuring they are disinfected.
• Wash windows and sills.
• Replace light bulbs, fill dispensers, set up facilities, and move furniture (up to 55 lbs.).
• Make minor repairs and report major repairs.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ensure doors and windows are locked.
• Navigate stairs, bend, and stand as needed.
• Assist in summer cleaning projects.
• Maintain grounds, snow removal, and ice melt application.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Job Functions

• Maintain professional relationships with staff and community.
• Submit data and information as requested.
• Monitor email for communication.
• Attend meetings and complete paperwork as scheduled.
