Job Objective Summary:

The Custodian is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety of the facility. The role involves performing cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the day, with work evaluated through observation and inspection.

Shift: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm

Pay: $15.00/hr.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks, including floor care and snow removal.
• Manage inventory of janitorial supplies and report needs to management.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in emergency drills.
• Ensure building security and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Participate in environmental safety activities as requested.

Educational / Talent Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Willingness to contribute to team efforts.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and safety procedures.
