We are seeking a responsible and diligent Custodian to ensure thepristine maintenance of our facilities. The commitment tocleanliness and order is essential, as the internal and externalappearance of our buildings significantly reflects on theShenandoah community.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional focused onfacility upkeep, possessing the physical endurance required tocover a large area. Critical qualities for this role include a keeneye for detail and a diligent work ethic in all custodialmaintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the building and grounds in a clean, neat, and safecondition, adhering to all company standards.
• Perform routine cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming,mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
• Utilize and maintain cleaning chemicals and supplies safely andeffectively.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and properly stored.
