Liberty University, Inc. seeks a part-time Custodian I to maintain cleanliness in all facilities in Lynchburg. Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks, reporting unsafe conditions, and performing seasonal duties. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and be skilled in maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Successful applicants will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for this role.
The Custodian I is responsible for maintaining multisensory excellence standards for all LU facilities, on and off campus, by way of cleaning and sanitizing interior spaces. Emphasizing a clean, orderly and aesthetically pleasing environment, the Custodian I will work alongside teammates and supervisors, utilizing good judgement to support the University’s mission by providing a safe and sanitary environment.
