Broad River Retail is seeking a Custodian to join our Safety & Facilities Management Team on a contract-to-hire basis. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and order across the Corporate Campus, including offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning office furniture, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restocking restrooms, and cleaning breakrooms. The position requires a High School Diploma/GED and a strong knowledge of safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper safety techniques and procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean office furniture and dust surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors; vacuum carpets.
• Clean and stock restrooms; empty trash in breakrooms and restrooms.
• Wash windows; clean doors and handles; clean refrigerators.
• Clean breakrooms and wipe tables/chairs; clean cooking equipment.
• Perform other janitorial duties as assigned.

CUSTODIANAT A GLANCE:Broad River Retail is currently seeking a Custodian to join our Safety & Facilities Management Team in. This position will perform the duties of maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the Corporate Campus.
