Job summary

Broad River Retail is seeking a Custodian to join our Safety & Facilities Management Team. This role maintains cleanliness and order on the corporate campus and assists the Facilities Sr. Manager with other areas of the property, including offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and common spaces.

The position operates on a contract-to-hire basis. The Memory Makers team emphasizes integrity, diversity and a premier customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean office furniture and dust surfaces.
• Sweep, mop floors and vacuum carpets.
• Maintain cleanliness and order, reduce clutter.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash in breakrooms, restrooms and exterior areas.
• Wash windows and clean doors/handles.
• Clean refrigerators and breakrooms; wipe tables and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position will perform the duties of maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the Corporate Campus. Day In The Life As This Memory Maker

• Cleaning office furniture and dusting surfaces
• Sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets
• Make sure space is clean, free of clutter and litter
• Cleans and stocks restrooms
• Empties trash cans in breakrooms and restrooms as well as outside.
• Wash windows
• Clean doors and door handles
• Clean out refrigerators
• Clean breakrooms by wiping down all tables and chairs and cooking equipment
• All other duties as assigned
