Job summary

McCLARIN Composites seeks a dedicated custodian to clean facilities, shop floor, and grounds. This full-time role involves operating cleaning equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining a safe, tidy work environment across production and office spaces.

Responsibilities include dust control, window cleaning, restock of restrooms, grounds cleanup, and occasional painting and snow removal. Candidates must be able to work independently or as part of a small team and follow written and verbal

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing dynamics.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

• Ability to walk, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Thoroughness in cleaning and organizing restrooms, cafeterias, and production spaces.
• Strong time management and punctual attendance.
• Ability to work independently as a one-person team.

Responsibilities

• Clean floor and wall surfaces to control dust.
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment (vacuum, scrubbers, blowers).
• Able to be forklift certified.
• Vacuum, Mop, Dust, Clean interior and exterior windows.
• Clean and replenish supplies for restrooms and locker rooms.
• Pick up debris on the grounds and baling cardboard.
• Empty production floor trash containers, clean break rooms.
• Painting lines on floors and walls; snow shoveling and salting.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; perform other tasks as assigned.

What We Need:

We are seeking a custodian, this person would be responsible for cleaning the facilities, shop floor, common areas and the grounds outside the buildings. This is a full-time position.

• Clean floor and wall surfaces to control dust
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment; vacuums, scrubbers, blowers, etc.
• Able to be forklift certified
• Vacuum
• Mop
• Dust
• Clean interior and exterior windows
• Clean and replenish supplies for the office & production area restrooms and locker rooms throughout the shift
• Pick up debris on the grounds

Requirements
