Job summary

McCLARIN Composites is hiring for an assembly role focused on efficient product assembly per customer specifications. You will support assemblers by staging materials, moving products between stations, and preparing sub-assemblies, while performing minor repairs and paint prep tasks.

  • HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.

  • Assist assemblers with moving product between workstations.
  • Prepare sub-assembly kits.
  • Conduct minor repair and paint prep procedures including sanding/buffing and putty work.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for efficient assembly of products in accordance with customer quality specifications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assists assemblers by staging/stocking materials.
  • Assists assemblers with moving product between workstations.
  • Prepares sub-assembly kits.
  • Conducts minor repair and paint prep procedures including but not limited to:
  • Sanding/buffing
  • Putty Work
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
What Makes You Qualified:
  • HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Maximum lifting of 50lbs. (All lifting over 50lbs. requires a team lift).
  • Repetitive wrist/arm motion for extended periods of time.
  • Good eyesight required for ability to see fine detail work.
  • Perform work in awkward positions.
  • Ability to wear respirator and protective eye wear.
