Job summary

McCLARIN Composites in Wapato, Washington is seeking an experienced Composites Trimmer. This role involves trimming, drilling, and grinding products, as well as ensuring a safe workspace. Candidates should be mechanically inclined and detail-oriented, with familiarity in using pneumatic tools.

• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Conducts maintenance of trim fixtures.
• Cleans filters in the trim booth.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Composites Trimmer to work in our trimming department. This role supports the production operations to ensure the organization is able to keep up with production demand and meet quality needs.

• Trims, drills, and grinds products according to product specifications.
• Maintenance of trim fixtures.
• Cleaning filters in the trim booth.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Are you:

• Mechanically inclined and detail oriented.
• Safety conscientious.
• Familiar with pneumatic tools.

Preferred Experience

• HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.
• Prefer previous fiberglass experience or auto body experience.

Must Haves

• Ability to read metric and imperial measuring tools such as rulers and calipers.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints/drawings.
• Maximum lifting of 50lbs (lifting over 50lbs requires a team lift).
