Job summary

McCLARIN Composites is seeking an Assembly position to efficiently assemble products per customer quality specifications. You will stage and stock materials, move products between workstations, and prepare sub-assembly kits while assisting with minor repairs and paint prep such as sanding, buffing, and putty work.

In this role you will help maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assists assemblers by staging/stocking materials.
  • Assists assemblers with moving product between workstations.
  • Prepares sub-assembly kits.
  • Conducts minor repair and paint prep procedures including but not limited to:
  • Sanding/buffing
  • Putty Work

Position Summary

Responsible for efficient assembly of products in accordance with customer quality specifications.

Essential Functions
  • Assists assemblers by staging/stocking materials.
  • Assists assemblers with moving product between workstations.
  • Prepares sub-assembly kits.
  • Conducts minor repair and paint prep procedures including but not limited to:
  • Sanding/buffing
  • Putty Work
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
What Makes You Qualified
  • HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Maximum lifting of 50lbs. (All lifting over 50lbs. requires a team lift).
  • Repetitive wrist/arm motion for extended periods of time.
  • Good eyesight required for ability to see fine detail work.
  • Perform work in awkward positions.
  • Ability to wear respirator and protective eye wear.
