What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $16.50-$19.50 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleans and stocks restrooms
• Empties trash containers
• Vacuums and cleans carpets
• Ensures the cleanliness of classrooms, labs, offices, reception area, and lounges
• Performs other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Physical Demands: Regular standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, and hearing. Frequent climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching. Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Work Environment: Exposure to wet/humid conditions, fumes, chemicals, outdoor weather, mechanical parts, heights, cold/hot temperatures, electrical hazards, and vibration. Moderate noise level.
