Base pay range

$17.50/hr - $18.00/hr

SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine! We are searching for a hardworking, dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow. We have an immediate opening for a custodian who wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. We seek custodial members with strong customer service skills who can work successfully with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport waste to disposal areas)
• Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supplies)

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals, and willingness to share knowledge with the team
• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Shift

Tuesday - Saturday 2 pm - 10:30 pm

Sunday - Thursday 2 pm - 10:30 pm

Compensation

$17.50-$18.00 per hour
