• Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition office or similar buildings and all required areas within the facility.


• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, restrooms, employee common areas and office space.


• Empties trash and garbage containers.


• Notifies supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Experience preferred but not required.


• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.


• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend virtually the entire shift.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary.


• Must be able to work in a wet environment.


• May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals.


• May have exposure to nut allergens.


• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.


• Be able to effectively work in a team environment.


• Be able to legibly write entries for record keeping.


• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.


• Must be able to pass all medical exams, drug and background checks (including criminal).
