The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. We seek a hardworking, dependable individual to join our team as our company continues to grow! Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Follow the daily schedule and perform all listed duties
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisors
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Address risky behaviors of self and others
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Keep work areas clean
• Adhere to protocols, company policies, and rules
• Respond to supervision and take directions
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers
• Fill in during staff shortages
• Support shift leads with punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems and environmental protocols

Qualifications

• Possibly hold a valid driver’s license
• Complete safety and task training certifications
• Forklift certification may be required
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals, and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals, with a willingness to share expertise
• No specific education required; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience

Compensation: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 pm - 1:00 pm
