The Manager, Operations reports directly to the Senior Manager, Operations and is a key member of the Operations department. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the company’s 88,000-square-foot distribution center, with a fully staffed headcount of approximately 38 team members.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Manager, Operations provides leadership and operational oversight to support a safe, efficient, and high-performing distribution center.
