Job summary

Midwest Hose & Specialty is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness of office and commercial environments in our Oklahoma City facility. You will perform daily cleaning tasks and light maintenance as directed to keep the building in orderly condition.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, window cleaning, dusting, and restroom service. Strong communication, reliability, and time-management are essential to support a positive, well-run workplace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, dependable team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively.
• Experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service office and commercial facilities as directed.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors and empty trash.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, cubicles, and equipment.
• Maintain restrooms and light maintenance tasks.
• Ensure building and facilities are clean and orderly.
