Summary of Position

Responsible for daily route of office and commercial environments. This role will assume responsibility for cleaning facilities as directed.

• Responsible for ensuring the building and facilities are clean and in orderly condition (light maintenance)


• Cleans facility floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them


• Gathers and empties trash containers


• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees using both step and extension ladders


• Dust furniture, walls, cubicles, machines and equipment


• Clean and service restrooms
