Petersen Incorporated is seeking a dependable Custodial Services Worker to support daily cleaning and basic facility upkeep in our factory and office areas. You will complete assigned tasks, follow established safety practices, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in industrial or facility cleaning preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 49 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and safe handling of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Lead.
• Clean equipment, walkways, windows, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.
• Follow proper cleaning methods for various surfaces and materials.
• Assist with minor painting or routine maintenance tasks when instructed.
• Maintain and properly use custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, sump vacuums, and pressure washers.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify the Lead when inventory is low.
• Identify and report facility issues or needed repairs to the Custodial Services Lead.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement standards by keeping areas organized and orderly.

About the Role

What You Need
