Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in industrial or facility cleaning preferred.
Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk/bend.
Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and safe handling of equipment.

Responsibilities

Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Lead.
Clean equipment, walkways, windows, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.
Follow proper cleaning methods for various surfaces and materials.
Assist with minor painting or routine maintenance tasks when instructed.
Maintain and properly use custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, sump vacuums, and pressure washers.
Restock cleaning supplies and notify the Lead when inventory is low.
Identify and report facility issues or needed repairs to the Custodial Services Lead.
Support 5S and continuous improvement standards by keeping areas organized and orderly.
