Overview

Chadwell Supply is a family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 branches nationwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented individual for the Warehouse Custodian position.

Minimum Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work in various environments, including outdoors and indoors, and tolerate adverse conditions such as rain, cold, or heat

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms following established procedures
• Clean, dust, wipe furniture; sweep, mop, vacuum floors; empty trash and wastebaskets; replace light bulbs; refill restroom dispensers
• Strip, clean, buff, and apply floor sealer and finish; vacuum and shampoo carpets
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and hand tools such as buffers, scrubbers, extractors, high-pressure washers, brooms, mops, and squeegees
• Wash walls and equipment; use ladders as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
