Summary of Position: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the physical facilities (buildings and grounds). Responsible for snow plowing. Completes assigned work orders independently and within a team atmosphere. Responsible for special assignments and projects at the direction of the Facility Operations Manager and Physical Plant Director. Occasional weekend and Holidays as needed for snow plowing.
Hours of position will be 400am-1230pm Monday-Friday with occasional weekend and Holidays as needed for snow plowing or emergency cleaning.

This position reports to: Facility Operations Manager
Starting hourly salary range based on education and experience: $18.21 - $21.98
