Pay Range: $18.00to$22.08

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Distribution Center is in La Crosse, WI. This facility supplies products for all 850+ Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, and Tobacco Outlet-Plus Grocery locations. The Distribution Center operates 24/7, 365 days per year with 350+ co-workers on two primary shifts.

As a Facilities Support coworker you are responsible for all the custodial and sanitation needs for the 455,000 square foot Distribution Center. By joining the Distribution Team, you will learn the skills necessary to keep the large, fast paced, high volume Distribution Center up to our industry leading standards.This position will be responsible for general cleaning, equipment operationmainly in the cooler/freezer areaas well aslight maintenance and grounds-keeping functions.

Work Schedule: 4 /10 hour shifts, 2nd and 3rd Shift opportunities:

2nd Shift positions are: 4pm to 2am including some holidays ($2 Overnight premium runs from 7:30pm to 6:59am)

3rd Shift positionsare: 7pm to 5:30am including some holidays ($2 Overnight premium runs from 7:30pm to 6:59am)

Variable schedule that would include weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Accurate / detail oriented
• Adhere to sanitation / hygiene standards
• Willing to learn / perform variety of job tasks
• Work in a fast paced warehouse environment
• Work in a noisy environment
• Ability to work well alone or as part of a team
• Read / follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Work in a safety conscious environment
• Ability to self-motivate and carry out daily tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to operate a variety of cleaning and sanitation equipment
• Work in a variety of temperature conditions
• Prior custodial / sanitation experience is a plus

Physical qualifications: Stand up to 10 hours, lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds at waist level occasionally, lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 pounds to 60 inches occasionally, lift/carry/push/pull up to 10 pounds to 72 inches rarely, bending, reaching, twisting, stooping and squatting frequently.work in -20 – 90+ degree F temperatures.
