Job Description

Responsible for cleaning the facility, including trash removal, floor cleaning, general dusting, and cleaning. Sets up the building for special events and outside groups. Develops and promotes good community relations among community members and school clientele.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of 5 to 50 pounds
• Occasional lifting of 50 to 100 pounds
• Frequent walking, bending, standing, reaching, stooping
• Occasional climbing, kneeling, squatting

Responsibilities

• Ensures snow and ice are removed from walkways.
• Supports District Sustainability Policies.
• Performs duties as assigned.
• Maintains cleanliness per custodial specifications.
• Supports setup for events and activities.
• Ensures building security by locking doors and windows.
• Reports maintenance issues and maintains equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Position Type: Regular, Part-time (0.50 FTE)
• Location: Bridge Program - Lone Tree
• Scheduled Hours: 20 per week
• Work Days: 260 per year
• Salary Range: $18.19 - $28.29 USD per hour
