SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine!

We are searching for a hardworking, dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow. We have an immediate opening for a custodian who wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. We seek custodial members with strong customer service skills who can work successfully with other team members.

Responsibilities

1. Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
2. Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies)
3. Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
4. Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinets/rooms)

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment, and willingness to share with the team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months of training or experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Shift

4:30 pm - 1:00 am
