Job Description:

* Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance

Custodians will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in washrooms, office premises, various flooring styles, and common areas such as break and dining areas. Duties include:

1. Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing trash and refuse;
2. Dusting furniture and fixtures; polishing metal fixtures and trimmings;
3. Cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms;
4. Performing heavy cleaning tasks such as deep-cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish;
5. Routine equipment maintenance (vacuums, custodial hand tools, etc.) and reporting repairs to management.

Salary Rate: $26.50/hour + Fringe $4.98/hour

Positions covered by the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act or Davis-Bacon Act will comply with the respective statutory requirements.
