Base pay range: $17.50/hr - $18.00/hr

About the Role

SBM Management is seeking a dependable Custodian/CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, work well with team members, and follow instructions effectively. Responsibilities include cleaning, light maintenance, safety compliance, and assisting with various custodial tasks. Responsibilities

• Perform floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, polishing, blinds/draperies)
• Waste removal (emptying trash and recycling bins)
• Light maintenance (replacing bulbs, restocking supplies)
• Follow safety rules and protocols
• Respond to supervision and take direction
• Use personal protective equipment properly
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Transport equipment and organize common areas
• Assist with restroom restocking, cleaning, and other custodial duties as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent education
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math and understand measurements
• Valid driver’s license if driving
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Details

Compensation: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
