Base pay range

$11.50/hr - $12.50/hr

SBM Management is seeking a dependable Custodian to join their team. We are looking for hardworking individuals who can deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and work well with others. Responsibilities

• Perform floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Conduct surface care (dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass/mirrors/windows, polishing metal/wood, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Handle waste removal (empty trash and recycling bins, transport waste to disposal areas)
• Perform light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supplies)

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals, and a willingness to share knowledge with the team
• No specific education required; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience

Additional Details

Shift: Mon - Friday, with weekends as needed, 5:00am-1:30pm or 6:00am-2:30pm; other times as needed.

Compensation: $11.50-$12.50 per hour
