Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year semi-skilled custodial experience.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains buildings and grounds (sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, waxing floors, restocking restrooms, etc.).
• Maintain inventory of supplies and keep required records and reports.
• Operate custodial equipment (vacuum, buffer, scrubber, snow blower) and cleaning agents.
• Assist maintenance staff with repairs and ground maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform duties of co-workers as required or assigned.
